Salford Wedding Photographer
Hey, I am Kay, I’m 27 years young and I am your Professional Salford Wedding Photographer, with bases in Salford (Greater Manchester ) and Clitheroe (Lancashire). – Thats me there.
First of all, I started my training in Trafford College, Manchester College, Salford University and Chester University. After 6 years I started working at the BBC in Salford and have been there for 6 years. There is no doubt that I am extremely creative and I have a true passion for this.
I don’t mind to much being ‘forced’ to have a photo but its when its ‘smile’ ‘cheese’ where I feel really uncomfortable. You would think I could master a passport photo of myself, but I can’t! – As I know how it feels to be on receiving end of these commends that people set out. I came up with the conclusion that others will be just like me and therefore thats why I offer the best thing ever. 100% natural and relaxed day with no forced actions!
My biggest achievements to date are receiving an MBE from Queen Elizabeth due to my dedication and service to Children and Families. I have raised over £175k for ‘When You Wish Upon A Star’ and most recently I started supporting those with Alzheimer’s with Doll dementia therapy. I first trailed this three years ago with my late Grandma.
Well a bit about me then if you might be spending your big day with me. I’m an Auntie to my awesome Niece Alexa (sadly I can’t upload images of her, but she is beautiful) I am a little sister to my brother Chris. I have two awesome parents Julie and John and they have been mega supportive throughout my life.
‘Family is what defines me most, family are meaningful. I want to capture your story as it will be quiet profound. Through documentary photography, I will tell your story it will involve capturing those unexpected moments. The photos will be authentic, meaningful with a sentiment with genuine happiness. I can garentee my passion will come across during your special day.
Parents and especially Grandparents tend to love me, most of all I love the interaction and I can most certainly have a laugh with then. Finally, this is your big day, I am not there just to take photos. I am there to help your day run as smooth as possible; this could involve a variety of things such as wiping away your tears when you get emotional, lifting your dress or even helping you put it on. – basically doing anything possible to help your day be the best it can.’
